Father Sam's Bakery, Inc.
In 1996, Father Sam’s opened the state of the art baking facility used today. With this expansion, Father Sam’s also added a complete line of Flat Bread often called Tortillas or Wraps. This category is the fastest growing category in the industry.
Father Sam’s products are now available throughout the United States in both the retail and foodservice industry. As Father Sam’s Continues to grow it’s product line, and market share, we look forward to continue to produce high quality and healthy products, while providing a positive contribution to our own Western New York Community.

When Father Sam began Father Sam's Bakery in 1977, I am sure he never imagined that we would add flour tortillas to our line of products! We did just that in 2001 and since then we have added different flavors and sizes as demand for Wraps continues to grow!
